Community Health

Community Health is the largest Free Clinic in Illinois delivering quality healthcare to low income adults with no health insurance coverage. Through the help of donors, funders, and partners the organization provides a range of services.

A growing number of on-site specialty and diagnostic services: -Audiology -Cardiology ---Chiropractics –Dermatology -Ear Nose Throat –Endocrinology –Gastroenterology -Gynecology Nephrology –Neurology –Ophthalmology - Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment -Physical Therapy -Podiatry –Psychiatry –Pulmonology -Registered Dietician Counseling –Rheumatology -Surgery (in-office procedures) -Ultrasound Screening Urology. Nurse Case Management support for patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and asthma.

Dental: Cleanings – Fillings – Extractions --Health & Wellness + Social Services

Patients must make an appointment and income verification is requested in order to be eligible for the program.
